This is an emblem of the shadow council controlled by the Queen Abyss. The shape of the wand represents the supreme monarchy and the Queen herself; The skull belongs to the council members’ own bloodlines killed by themselves, as a symbol of showing their absolute loyalty to the Queen Abyss; And the gemstone in the center was the Queen’s token awarded to the loyal minions.
The Queen Abyss is the human form of the shattered debris of the Abyss Walkers. Its essential purpose is to revive the Abyss by making use of the power of the King. This fearful plan has started to be executed when the Queen approached the King with her beauty, and therefore gradually overtook the control of the entire country. When the King realized the true face of the Queen and tried to stop this plan, his power was already over-maneuvered. Therefore he could only escape to the Imperial Tomb under the protection of his most loyal guardians, to stop the Abyss Queen from getting his power.
