Return, Exchange and Cancellation
We gladly accept return, exchange and order cancellation, except for those complicated handcrafted jewelry with a special reminder of no return/exchange on the product page.
1. Order can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of your purchase.
2. After 24 hours, you can still request to cancel your order and get a refund. If the jewelry has been dispatched for delivery, or the factory has already started manufacturing your order when you request the cancellation, the delivery send-and-recall fee or factory cost spent on manufacturing will be deducted. Please contact us for more information.
3. You can return or exchange the jewelry within 3 days of delivery date.
4. Please initiate a return or exchange by email within 3 days of delivery date.
5. Upon confirmation of return and exchange, the jewelry is expected to be shipped back within 10 days from the delivery date.
6. Please provide us by email the tracking number of the return shipping.
7. Returned jewelry are expected to be in original condition and in its original package.
8. For exchange of jewelry, we will charge a restocking fee at 10% of your item's price.
9. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and the exchanged jewelry shipping.
10. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 5 days upon the receipt of returned jewelry. A notification will be sent via email once the return/exchange has been processed.
11. All returned jewelry is expected to be fully insured at its purchasing price when shipped back for return or exchange.
12. Our jewelry is fully insured for shipping. If the jewelry arrives damaged, please immediately take the photos of the damaged jewelry and report to the delivery company as well as Vector Gems’ Customer Service. After the damage is processed by the delivery company, you can return the damaged jewelry or exchange a new one, or if you want to keep the jewelry and the jewelry is repairable, we will repair it for you upon request, free of charge.
Note: The delivery date is the date of your receiving jewelry purchase from the delivery company according to the shipping/delivery company’s record.
